1. The agreement
These terms govern your purchases and account with Verlief op Kreatief, a South African gifting and branding business based in Kraaifontein, Western Cape.
2. Orders & pricing
Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR), inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — including for pricing errors — and will refund any payment already received.
3. Custom & personalised orders
Custom and personalised items are made to your specifications and cannot be returned for change of mind. Please double-check spelling, artwork and product choices before approving production. Production starts only once payment is confirmed and artwork is approved.
4. Turnaround time
Standard items ship within 3–5 working days. Custom branding can take 5–10 working days depending on complexity. Delivery times are estimates and exclude the courier's delivery window.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout (EFT and SA card gateways). Orders are only released for production once payment clears.
6. Reseller program
The reseller program is governed by an additional reseller agreement at signup. Resellers may not misrepresent themselves as Verlief op Kreatief and may not resell at prices that undercut our retail pricing.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
