Custom & personalised items
Custom, personalised and made-to-order items cannot be returned for change of mind. If the item is faulty or differs materially from what was approved, we'll repair, replace or refund.
Stock items
Unworn, unused stock items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item was faulty.
Faulty or damaged goods
Inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery. Email peatrievdw@gmail.com with photos and your order number and we'll resolve it quickly.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order before production starts. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible for personalised items.
