Lead times
- Stock items: dispatched within 1–3 working days.
- Personalised items: 3–5 working days production.
- Corporate/bulk orders: confirmed per quote.
- Courier transit: typically 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Shipping rates
Calculated live at checkout based on your delivery address, parcel size and selected service level (overnight, economy, etc.). You'll see the exact rate before paying.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also see live status in your account orders page.
Local collection
Collection from Kraaifontein, Cape Town is available by arrangement at no charge. Mention it in your order notes or contact us.
Failed deliveries
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address. The Courier Guy will attempt redelivery; repeated failures may incur a re-shipping fee.
